PHOENIX, AZ (October 27, 2021) – Saturday afternoon October 23, Jeannie Garza Montoya, has died after being struck by vehicle.
The crash happened at around 3 p.m. near 59th Avenue and Palm Lane, as stated by report.
According to investigators, the car that struck her fled the scene but was later discovered abandoned nearby.
