Fatal Crash on Road 68 Hurt Francisco Zuniga, Left One Fatality
TULARE, CA (October 26, 2021) – A fatal crash on Road 68 injured Francisco Zuniga and killed one person Friday morning.
According to authorities, the crash occurred at 1:55 a.m. on State Route 137 at Road 68, as per report.
Furthermore, Francisco Zuniga was driving a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado eastward on State Route 137 at 60 miles per hour as he approached the intersection of Road 68.
Consequently, a 1991 Nissan Pathfinder driven by an unidentified man was heading southbound on Road 68 at an unknown speed.
Moreover, the Nissan driver failed to stop for the posted stop sign and drove right into the path of the Chevrolet.
In addition, the Chevrolet collided with the Nissan broadside, driving both automobiles into a dirt field to the southeast.
Meanwhile, it is unknown if drugs and alcohol were the factors of the crash.
