Multi-Vehicle Crash on 10 Freeway Led to Fatality
BALDWIN PARK, CA (July 16, 2021) – Early Saturday night, 52-year-old Ramon Leon was killed in a deadly multi-vehicle crash on 10 Freeway.
The accident happened shortly after 6:00 p.m., on July 10. Dispatchers arrived on the 10 Freeway near Baldwin Park Boulevard.
According to the California Highway Patrol, several cars collided on the highway under unknown circumstances.
When paramedics arrived, they pronounced Leon dead on scene.
It is currently unclear whether speed, drugs, or alcohol played a role. The California Highway Patrol is still investigating the crash.
Furthermore, officials closed the area and issued a SigAlert in the surrounding area, but has since reopened.
