Motorcycle Collision on Eastern Avenue Kills One Rider
LAS VEGAS, NV (September 21, 2021) – Thursday afternoon, September 16, one rider has died after a deadly motorcycle collision Eastern Avenue.
The collision happened at about 1:07 p.m. near the intersection of S. Eastern Avenue and E. Harmon Avenue, as per report.
According to authorities, a 2002 Harley Davidson motorbike was approaching the crossing on northbound Eastern Avenue.
Eye witness reports say that when the traffic light flashed a yellow arrow, the driver of the Camry turned left, colliding with the oncoming motorcycle.
Furthermore the rider was rushed to Sunrise Hospital by ambulance with critical injuries.
Additionally, the driver of the Camry remained at the site and showed no indications of impairment.
Despite life-saving efforts, the victim was pronounced dead at the hospital due to the extent of their condition.
Following preliminary investigations, the surrounding area was reopened to traffic.
