Alpha AF Benefits
The main reason people use Alpha AF is to help them increase the amount of testosterone they have.
When test levels are increased, you’ll be able to gain lean muscle tissue and strength at a faster pace. But that’s not all.
You’ll also recover a lot faster, and losing fat will also become more manageable, especially in the trouble areas.
I found that Alpha AF does deliver these benefits to a certain degree. It does take some time to feel these effects, though, roughly a week.
Compared to other products I’ve used in the past, I would say this ranks slightly above average. It’s a solid product with a few good ingredients that have promising scientific research behind them.

How To Take Alpha AF
First, it’s important to know that the recommended daily serving size is three capsules. So that’s the amount you’re supposed to take each day if you’re looking to get optimal results.
But, if it’s your first time taking Alpha AF, start with just one capsule for the first day. On the second day, take two pills and take the whole serving of three capsules on the third day.
By gradually building the dose, you’re able to see how you react to the product.
Now you’re probably wondering, what’s the best time to take Alpha AF?
Timing with this product is quite important as well. That’s why most users and I take this product in the morning with our breakfast.
For me, it took quite some time to kick in, probably at least a week or even slightly longer. Don’t panic when you don’t feel anything immediately; it has to build up in the system.
Will Alpha AF Cause Side Effects?
Another important thing we need to cover is the safety of Alpha AF. It’s obviously not worth taking a product like this if it’s going to cause side effects.
Well, Alpha AF should not cause any side effects. But, you have to make sure you assess your tolerance before using it. Because for some people, two capsules might be enough, whereas others will need three.
It’s also worth mentioning that I’ve gone through some reviews of people who had tried it, and none of them experienced side effects. During my own 4-week experience, I also had no adverse effects from it.
Should You Use Alpha AF?
After going through my Alpha AF review, you’ll want to know whether or not I would use this product again and if you should use it.
I most likely won’t be using it again, it’s a good product, but I find that the price is exceptionally high for what you’re getting.
Going off my own experience and opinion, I think that there are better alternatives to Steel Alpha AF.
The best alternative is Rebirth PCT. It’s known as one of the most effective over-the-counter post cycle therapy and test boosters.
I’ll show you why by making a quick comparison.
Rebirth PCT by Huge Nutrition contains a total of 4.09 grams of active ingredients with 6-capsule serving size. Price per bottle: $69.95.
Alpha AF by Steel contains a total of 2.14 grams of active ingredients with 3-capsule serving size. Price per bottle: $90.00
That means with Rebirth PCT; you’re getting nearly double the number of ingredients. And it contains Arimistane.
But that’s not all; Rebirth is also cheaper at $69.95 per bottle. You’re getting a more effective product. Plus, it’s also going to cost you $20 less.

That doesn’t mean Alpha AF is a bad product. It’s still a solid option, and if you’re set on using it, you will not be disappointed.
The Bottom Line
There is a lot of post cycle & test booster supplements on the market. One of the more popular and effective ones is called Steel Alpha AF.
I’ve put it to the test by getting a bottle and using it for an entire month. It took about a week to start working, and from there, it helped me boost my performance in numerous ways.
But at $90 per bottle, I find it an expensive product for what it contains. This is why I find that products such as Rebirth PCT are a better alternative.
It holds more ingredients, plus it’s a lot cheaper – win-win.
It’s essential to use these kinds of products for a minimum of four to a maximum of 12 weeks. This is said to be the most effective approach since they take one week to start working.
You won’t have to worry about any side effects since it’s a safe product with no dangerous compounds in it.
