Auto Collision on Avenue 12 Kills 50-Year-Old Walter Vayson Jr., Injures 4 Others
MADERA, CA (November 17, 2021) –Last Sunday morning, a wrong-way collision along Avenue 12 claimed the life of Walter Vayson Jr.
The fatal crash happened sometime in the morning of November 14 in the roadway of Avenue 12 and Road 36 1/2.
According to police Vayson was traveling along Avenue 12 when, for reasons unknown, collided head-on with a white BMW.
As per the reports, CHP arrived at the scene and located Vayson and unfortunately was declared dead.
Responding emergency crews also transported the four occupants of the BMW to a hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
Meanwhile, the roadway was shutdown for cleanup and preliminary duties.
An active investigation remains ongoing.
