DUI Crash on Pacific Avenue Left Tyrone Tate Arrested
LONG BEACH, CA (November 30, 2021) – Police arrested Tyrone Tate after a DUI crash on Pacific Avenue Tuesday afternoon.
The fatal incident occurred around 5:50 p.m. on Tuesday at Pacific Avenue near 12th Street.
Later on, the 62-year-old female victim from the crash succumbed to her injuries at the hospital.
Meanwhile, police booked 68-year-old Tyrone Tate for suspected DUI and carrying a concealed firearm.
The bail on Tate was set at $100,000.
The investigators stated that the suspect struck the woman walking across Pacific Avenue while driving a 2016 Nissan Sentra.
