2 Killed in Fiery Car Accident near Seal Beach Boulevard
SEAL BEACH, CA (November 18, 2021) – Saturday evening, Oscar Anguiano was arrested after a deadly DUI accident on 405 Freeway.
Around 11:51 p.m., officers responded to the scene near Seal Beach Boulevard after receiving dispatch calls in the area.
Per reports, 39-year-old Anguiano struck a Honda with his Volkswagen on the southbound lanes at a high rate of speed.
Shortly after, the Honda caught fire and became engulfed in flames. As a result, the driver and passenger were later pronounced dead.
Meanwhile, emergency responders took Anguiano to UCI Medical Center for treatment of injuries. Police currently suspect that impairment played a factor in the collision.
At this time, authorities have not yet identified the deceased victims. Once available, further details will be provided.
