TUCSON, AZ (November 1, 2021) – Daniel Negrete Avila died after two-vehicle Crash on East River Road Monday.

According to authorities, the 21-year-old, Daniel Negrete Avila was driving east on River Road when an SUV came out of a private property without yielding.
