Military Truck Collision on 5 Freeway Injures One, Causes Fuel Spill
CASTAIC, CA (November 15, 2021) – Last Wednesday, one person was hospitalized after a truck collision on 5 Freeway.
Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to the scene just before 5 p.m. after receiving reports of truck collision in the area near the 5 Freeway.
Additionally, California Highway Patrol said at least 20 gallons of diesel fuel spilled from the military truck involved in the collision. Hazmat teams responded and quickly handled the spillage.
At this time, reports said that at least one person was injured and taken to the hospital as a result.
