FRESNO, CA (October 25, 2021) – Last Saturday, Sabas Ruiz Galviz, 60, has died from his injuries after deadly crash in Fresno.

The fatal accident occurred last weekend in a parking lot along Maple and Belmont avenues.

Galviz was a customer at the food truck when the van’s driver, Rolando Alvarenga-Aguilar, lost control of his vehicle and crashed into the truck, plowing into a crowd of customers.

Aguilar was reportedly driving intoxicated at the time of the accident and is now facing a slew of charges, including vehicular manslaughter.
