Highway 59 Two-Vehicle Crash Left One Dead, One Hospitalized
MERCED COUNTY, CA (October 20, 2021) – A two-vehicle crash on Highway 59 left one driver dead and another one injured Saturday night.
The fatal incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. in the area of Highway 59 and Sandy Mush Road.
According to the CHP, a northbound sedan crossed into the southbound lanes and collided with a pickup truck.
Unfortunately, the driver of the sedan died at the scene.
Meanwhile, paramedics transported that pickup driver to a nearby hospital in Modesto with unspecified injuries.
At this time, the CHP Officers are investigating the two-vehicle crash on Highway 59.
