43-Year-Old Man Dies in Fatal Collision near 41st Street
EVERETT, WA (September 28, 2021) – 43-year-old Thomas Ogden died tragically Tuesday morning after a fatal two-vehicle crash on Rucker Avenue.
The accident happened around 7:20 a.m., in the area of Rucker Avenue near 41st Street.
According to reports, Ogden was riding his white Nissan Frontier when he made a left hand turn at the intersection. There, a speeding vehicle struck him.
Despite life-saving efforts, Ogden was pronounced dead on scene. No other injuries were reported and it is still unknown if drugs or alcohol were contributing factors.
At this time, officials did not release any other information about the second vehicle. An active investigation is underway.
